(i) Senior Associate – NCLT Advocate
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Represent clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in corporate matters, insolvency proceedings, and related legal proceedings.
Provide expert legal counsel, strategic advice, and advocacy to clients involved in NCLT cases.
Handle a diverse caseload, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law with a focus on NCLT matters.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and NCLT procedures.
Excellent advocacy skills, with demonstrated experience in representing clients before NCLT benches.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
(ii) Associate (1-2 PQE) – Civil Litigation
Location: Hyderabad (City Civil Courts)
Responsibilities:
Handle civil litigation matters before the City Civil Courts, including drafting pleadings, preparing case strategies, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide legal opinions on civil litigation matters.
Assist senior attorneys in managing caseloads, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.
Requirements:
1-2 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation practice.
Sound understanding of civil procedure laws and court processes, with experience in drafting pleadings and appearing in court.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
